Welcome to the inTouch Broadcast blog!
Getting started and completing a first post was very important so we are starting with a basic blogger blogsite. But, like everything, this will start to grow into something a little more sophisticated.
For those of you who don't know, inTouch Broadcast is an email marketing service. We help business owners send out mass email so they are sending out permission-based email and not spam.
This month, we're going to be releasing a new upgrade which will include:
- Split testing - Now your great marketing ideas can be tested. For instance, if you have 2 similiar campaign ideas and you're not sure which will work better, use this. Send to a small portion of your email list, say 25% to test. The winning email (based on open rate or click rate, your choice) is sent to the rest of your list automatically after a predetermined period of time.
- Triggers - Create emails that get triggered by dates such recurring birthday emails, renewal notices, and reminder notices. Triggers can also be used to create a warm lead lists by moving contacts to/from multiple lists based on if they've open certain emails or click specific links.
- Event logging - Automatic event logging creates an event for a contact when they receive an email/autoresponder, open an email or click a link so you or your team have full visibility into their actions at all times, making you a more informed salesperson. But, you can also use it with your sales & service activities by manually logging events such as phone calls and meetings.
- Recent activity log - Keep track of what you've been doing in your account. Your recently accessed items (contacts, lists, campaigns, etc) are always available across the top of the screen making it easier to get back to where you left off.
- Contact list grouping - Use folders and drag-and-drop to sort and organize your contact lists into manageable groups. Ideal for email marketers with dozens or hundreds of lists.
